Can I access wifi and Internet computers at the library?

Our free unsecured wireless network is called “Library Guest.” There is no password required, but you will have to accept the City of Carlsbad's terms and conditions for wifi access. https://library.carlsbadca.gov/services/computers-related-services
The Carlsbad City Library also offers public access computers in addition to the free wireless Internet signal at all three library locations. Use of the computers and software is free with a library card.
