I heard you have the Heritage Quest database there. I'm in Santee, do you know where I can access H.Q. closer to me? Is it available on line?
Do I need a Carlsbad library card to access Heritage Quest? I have both a S.D. county library card and S.D. city library card. I guess I could travel up to visit. Thank you very much for your help.

Hello,
You generally need a library card from the same system to access a library's electronic resources and databases. While we'd certainly encourage you to make the trip here to get a permanent library card, we recommend you register for a Carlsbad Library card online, and then you can access Heritage Quest from our website with your temporary library card number. Your temporary library card will be valid for 14 days only.
