A DVD I borrowed is damaged
I was at the library yesterday and rented a few DVDs, and one of the DVDs does not play. What should I do?

We are sorry that you were not able to play the DVD you checked out. It is very helpful if patrons notify us when our DVD's don't play. Please either put a note inside the case before returning through the automated return, or bring the item to one of our service desks.
We will evaluate the item for cleaning or replacement.
