Can I donate an eBook to the library?
I published a book for teenage girls and would like to donate the eBook to Carlsbad library. Do you accept eBook donations?

Thank you so much for thinking of us. Unfortunately, right now there is no way for us to incorporate an eBook donation into our collection or to sell it in our Friends Bookstore. There are a couple of reasons for this: one is that your eBook probably has some digital rights management technology embedded in it that would prevent transferring it to our eBook collection. Secondly, we subscribe to our eBook collection from a vendor who also manages the eBooks on their server.
