Does the library subscribe to PIERS REPORTS?

Sorry, we do not subscribe to PIERS, the Port Import Export Reporting Service. I also checked San Diego Public Library (City), San Diego County Library, and Mira Costa; none of those have it either. It is available as an online subscription.
