Problem with renewing books on my iPad---the button for Yes won't respond.

Hello,

I think the problem you are experiencing occurs while using the library's online catalog on iOS devices.

Problem: The cursor gets stuck next to the Yes button; you may even see it as a slight line to the left of the Yes button.

Solution: If you tap inside the popup box on the white/blank area, the cursor will move so you can tap Yes.

By tapping inside the popup box, you are moving the cursor away from the edge of the Yes button, which will allow you to then tap Yes or No.
