Problem with logging in to my library account on my iPad?

Hello,

We are sorry you are experiencing a problem.

If you are having difficulty with the small box size, here is a workaround to use:

  • After you tap "Log in" expand that popup box using Pinch and drag to make the box larger
  • When the box is larger, tap in the library card number field
  • Your keyboard should display, and then you can type your library card number and PIN into the fields
