I didn't receive an email that my Hold was ready for pick-up, but it was on the Holds shelf for me when I came to the library.
Is there a problem with email?
Answer
Hello,
We send out the email notifications of available holds once per day, so depending on what time your hold became ready, you might receive the notice the next day.
If you are not receiving email notices:
- Notification emails can be caught in spam filters by your email provider; we recommend checking your junk folder.
- Please verify that the library has your correct email address. You can log in to your account at https://cbcl.sdp.sirsi.net/client/en_US/home/ or check in person or via telephone.
- We offer the options of notices via email or via SMS text message; please speak to library staff to verify your preference is set properly in your account, or to change your notice delivery method.
Please contact us at 442-339-2019/2873 if you have additional questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Reference Librarian
