Does the online log in PIN expire? I am using the PIN I wrote down but cannot log in.
The online log in procedure requires my Card Number and PIN. I have both saved on my computer, but when I try to log in I get an error message saying "Login Failed. Try Again". I have re-entered the info and have tried the login many times, but it fails each time. That's why I'm wondering if either the Card Number or the PIN expires after a certain period of time?

The PIN does not change unless you change it or ask us to change it. However, your library card does expire every three years. Please call us and we'll make sure that all of your information is up-to-date and renew your card.
