Yes, the Carlsbad Library offers free, full color, interactive digital magazines eMagazines in OverDrive. It is available on the eResources page under Magazines & News, and you'll need your library card to log in.
eMagazines in OverDrive offers hundreds of popular magazines available through Overdrive with apps for iOS/Android. Most titles are in English, with some magazines available in Spanish, French, Chinese, German and more.
