How can I access GetSetUp?

You can access GetSetUp through our eResources page.
GetSetUp is a virtual community where you can learn with peers in an approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive online environment. The platform offers live online classes taught by peers who are experts in their field, social hours hosted by community members, and special events with speakers who directly address areas of interest to older adults. Classes are taught in English, Spanish, Hindi and Mandarin. Topics range from singing to computer skills to yoga. GetSetUp is on a mission to help the third of the world’s population who are over 55 to learn new skills, connect with others and unlock new life experiences.
There is no charge to access GetSetUp through Carlsbad City Library. GetSetUp also offers paid personal accounts to individuals, so please make sure you're using our library access link for your free access under the library's subscription.
This access is provided in collaboration with the California State Library, and funded by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Initial funding runs through September 30, 2022. Questions? Please ask!
