Why can't I download books checked out using Libby on Kindle when it says available in Kindle format?

When Amazon stops providing access to the titles, they notify Libby tech support. It takes up to 48 hours for Libby Support to update their records. If you encounter any issues you can directly contact Libby support by submitting a form available at https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/7141247/Libby-Support-Form.
